Plymouth, MA — November 23, 2023 — A team of local experts has achieved a significant milestone in the mission to embark across the globe, drawing parallels to the historic journey of the Pilgrims who arrived on the shores of Plymouth, Massachusetts in 1620. The construction and successful testing of the Project Trinitē PODs (Portable Online Development system) prototype has been completed, heralding a new era of hope and innovation for underserved communities worldwide.
Project Trinitē, a pioneering non-profit organization, is led by visionaries Matt Glynn, Jim Goldenberg, and Dave Connor, who, much like the Pilgrims, embarked on a transformative voyage to address pressing global challenges. With the support of a robust global network of foundations and individuals, they have brought their groundbreaking initiative one step closer to reality.
The Pilgrims, seeking religious freedom and a better life, set sail on the Mayflower nearly four centuries ago. They faced immense challenges during their voyage, enduring hardships that tested their resilience. Upon their arrival in Plymouth in 1620, they laid the foundation for the principles of self-sufficiency, community, and hope that would resonate through the ages.
In a similar spirit of determination and community, Project Trinitē has reached a significant milestone in its mission. The successful construction and testing of the Project Trinitē PODs prototype represents a beacon of hope for underserved communities around the world. These innovative units, much like the Pilgrims’ ship The Mayflower, mark the beginning of a new chapter in the quest for a better life.
With fabrication set to commence in November, these groundbreaking PODs will soon be deployed to far-reaching locations, including Haiti, Kenya, South Africa and South America. They are designed to provide essential resources and support to communities in need, addressing critical challenges in education, employment and economies.
Matt Glynn, Board Co-Chair of Project Trinitē, stated, “Just as the Pilgrims sought a new beginning in Plymouth, we are working to provide a fresh start for communities in need around the world. Our PODs represent the embodiment of hope and opportunity for a brighter future.”
Jim Goldenberg, Board Co-Chair, added, “Like the Pilgrims, we are driven by a shared vision of a better world. Through Project Trinitē, we are bringing that vision to life by empowering communities with the tools they need to thrive.”
Dave Connor, Executive Director, remarked, “We are grateful to our global network of foundations and individuals who support Project Trinitē in this journey. Together, we are making a difference, just as the Pilgrims did when they arrived in Plymouth.”
As the world eagerly awaits the deployment of Project Trinitē’s innovative PODs, the parallel with the Pilgrims’ historic journey serves as a poignant reminder of the enduring human spirit and the power of community to overcome challenges. Like the Pilgrims, Project Trinitē is forging a path toward a brighter future for all.
