Nicholas Kamerinyang is an associate at Project Trinitē. He lives in West Pokot, Kenya. He works at the intersection of community engagement, strategic growth, and partnership development. He helps small businesses and artisans expand globally by integrating technology, building strong networks, and opening market opportunities for locally produced goods. He empowers entrepreneurs, drives sustainable economic growth, and connects rural innovations to global markets. He advances digital adoption and collaboration so small enterprises can compete and thrive. He serves to unlock opportunity and build resilient, inclusive livelihoods.
Mercy Jeptoo is a Project Trinitē Associate based in West Pokot, Kenya, specializing in community engagement and impact. She fosters inclusive participation, amplifies local voices, and co-designs solutions that respond to real community needs. With experience facilitating collaboration and supporting grassroots efforts, Mercy helps teams align goals, track outcomes, and translate feedback into measurable, sustainable results. Her role reflects a deep commitment to empowerment and long-term transformation.
