Those who express interest will complete an online application and assessment form. From the pool of applicants, our Education Board will carefully select 30 individuals to participate in the initial program. The curriculum is designed to encompass digital literacy and core learning, delivered in phases, with the final stage focusing on specialized training tailored to meet employer needs. Project Trinitē is a proactive force for sustainable change, dedicating its endeavors to the education, employment, and empowerment of under-resourced communities worldwide. The mission revolves around propelling remote communities towards a global workforce, aiming to surpass traditional economic development timelines.

Enrolled candidates in our innovative training program are set on a transformative educational journey, receiving a comprehensive package of essential tools. Each student is equipped with a laptop and a set of workbooks, forming the backbone of their learning experience. These resources are complemented by a robust English and digital literacy curriculum, designed to prepare students not only for computer-related job opportunities but also to empower them with the versatile skills required to thrive in today’s digital age.

At the core of our training program is a curriculum that goes beyond the basics, instilling in students the knowledge and abilities essential for high-impact social change. Progress updates are meticulously tracked to ensure that each participant is on a trajectory toward success. This foundational training covers remote digital literacy, laying the groundwork for specialization in diverse careers such as billing, coding, drafting, customer support, broadcast, and numerous other potential positions.

This team includes a Regional Director, Community Director, POD Manager, and local Teachers assigned to each POD. Through a combination of remote teaching methods, supplementary tutoring sessions, stipends, and necessary supplies, students are guided through a complete approach. This ensures not only the acquisition of relevant skills but also the provision of essential support and resources critical for their educational journey.
