Plymouth, MA — August 28, 2023 — A team of local experts has achieved a significant milestone in the mission to educate, employ and empower underserved communities across the globe. The construction and successful testing of the Project Trinitē PODs (Portable Online Development systems) prototype has been completed. With fabrication set to commence in November, these innovative units will soon be deployed to far-reaching locations, including Haiti, Kenya, and South Africa. Project Trinitē, a forerunner non-profit organization spearheaded by visionaries Matt Glynn, Jim Goldenberg, and led by Dave Connor, thanks a robust global network of foundations and individuals lending their support to this groundbreaking initiative.
Founder Matt Glynn emphasizes, “The human potential is enormous for isolated communities, and Project Trinitē PODs can be utilized by any industry wanting to change lives worldwide.”
Founder Jim Goldenberg elaborates, “Project Trinitē provides technology and education to world communities, creating economic engines that leap past lengthy steps in elevating areas from generational poverty to stability, sustainability, and growth.”
Executive Director Dave Connor details, “Project Trinitē is combining solar and satellite technology with digital literacy training and workforce needs, bringing education and employment to remote communities that empowers people around the world.”

About Project Trinitē
Project Trinitē is a dynamic force for sustainable change, dedicated to educating, employing, and empowering under-resourced communities worldwide. We are committed to propelling remote communities into global workforce collaboration, transcending the conventional pace of economic development.
A Path to Economic Progress
Our vision is to forge a sustainable path to economic progress in resource-constrained communities across the globe. We achieve this through the deployment of modular, solar-powered, satellite connected, training and work centers, effectively igniting an economic engine quickly.
The Remote Work Revolution
The pandemic accelerated the adoption of remote work, revolutionizing how companies operate, recruit, and hire. Organizations have realized the productivity potential of remote work and are capitalizing on the ability to hire talent globally, while employees now enjoy expanded employment horizons. The confluence of technology and the widespread acceptance of remote work has presented an unprecedented opportunity to train and connect previously isolated workforces.
Empowering Resource-Poor Communities
Direct global access can catalyze development in resource-poor communities, significantly compressing traditional timelines for employment and economic sustainability. By providing cost-effective, off-grid PODs (Portable Online Development systems) to communities and organizations, we envision a transformative and enduring path to economic and social development.
Introducing the POD
The POD is an ingeniously retrofitted 8 x 20′ shipping container that functions as a globally connected work hub. Each POD features a self-contained solar system comprising solar panels, battery backup, inverters, and a broadband satellite receiver. PODs can operate autonomously or be combined to create larger work centers. They offer complete security, monitoring, and protection, running solely on solar power, independent of the grid. Each POD accommodates up to 10 workstations.
Encompassing Programs
Project Trinitē, as a non-profit initiative, is forging partnerships with organizations to facilitate remote digital literacy training programs, encompassing coding, graphic design, and other computer-related job opportunities. Identifying key employers committed to nurturing and employing this remote workforce is integral to our strategy, as is the evolution of education.
High Value Social Impact
Project Trinitē is committed to preparing students for placement in roles at organizations poised to effectuate a high-value social impact. The foundational training revolves around digital literacy, followed by further instruction for candidates to be successful in specific careers such as billing, coding, drafting, customer support, trackers, and many other potential positions. A screening program and application process is combined with a different way of managing workflow to cultivate a pre-qualified candidate pool. Effectively, a company sponsors the education, and invests in the employee.
Sustainability and Growth
Project Trinitē is self-sustaining, generating substantial revenue for host communities while maintaining our operations and growth. Each POD can support training up to 40 individuals, with an above average salary per employee, translating into an annual revenue stream that is sufficient to sustain each POD.
